Life happens. We understand. You will not be charged a fee if you have to cancel or reschedule your cleaning with reasonable notice. In order to maintain stability in our schedule, we request a 48-hour notice for cancellations, except in cases of emergency.

If you prefer to be home while we clean, we welcome your presence. Many clients choose to be at home during the initial cleanings, while we are working out the particulars of your needs. In our experience, most customers feel comfortable with their cleaning team very quickly, and they schedule cleanings for when they will not be home. Either way, our friendly cleaning teams are trained to accommodate your preferences.
